Beverley is a strong and experienced accounting professional with excellent forecasting, budgeting, cashflow and management accounting skills, responsible for the overall finance strategy of Oceanic Seafoods. Her role is to manage and develop the finance functions and procedures of the business which are key to its smooth operation.

Beverley contributes to the achievement of the company’s business objectives by providing advice and guidance on financial strategy.

She works to develop and control the company’s annual operating budget to ensure that all financial targets are met and that financial and statutory regulations complied with.

Leandro Kwiczor

Operations Manager

Leandro is responsible of maintaining the efficiency of operations at Oceanic. He works as a link between our different departments to make sure all the operations run smoothly and our customers get the best possible service. 10 years of working for Oceanic and more than 20 years experience in logistics. While not working Leandro enjoys sports, cooking and outdoor activities.

Ling Guo

Asia Commercial Manager

Ling’s role in Oceanic Seafoods is to support the buying of raw materials from China and Far East approved suppliers, manage supplier contracts, and coordinate the planning of Oceanic’s Quality Control inspectors during production. She also provides direct buying support to Jim, the Managing Director.
With 20 years of experience in international business practice and administration, Ling has worked with Korean, German, and Indian companies as an assistant and translator, facilitating smooth communication between suppliers and customers. Her deep understanding of cultural diversities has been a valuable asset in promoting international business relations and ensuring Oceanic’s trading operations run smoothly.
As Asia Commercial Manager, Ling is highly skilled in building strong relationships with both suppliers and customers. Known for her approachable personality and excellent communication abilities, she has, over the past five years at Oceanic, successfully expanded the company’s supplier and customer base, strengthening the foundation for long-term growth.

Natalie Green

Office Manager/PA

Natalie is a highly accomplished administrative professional with over 30 years of experience supporting executive leadership and streamlining office operations. Recognised for her exceptional organisational skills and clear communication across diverse fields, she plays a pivotal role in maintaining structure, focus, and efficiency within the workplace.
As Personal Assistant to Jim, the CEO, Natalie provides both professional and personal support, ensuring seamless coordination and a trusted partnership at the highest level of the organisation.
Outside of work, Natalie enjoys travelling, spending quality time with family and friends, and walking her dog.

Nico Beraud

Nico was born in Lorient, a busy Fishing Harbour in Europe at that time. That explains why this industry is in his DNA. He first started with summer jobs on the docks and auctions, and had the opportunity to do one campaign in the Shetlands on JEGO QUERE trawlers. He loved this period except the smell of fish when out partying. Not very sexy. Later he started a company, a packing station in Finmark. During 25 years, he increase volumes up to 5000 MT of fresh fish that we were exporting to Boulogne-sur-Mer, Grimsby, Hull, Musselburgh, Peterhead and Spain. Very proud to have put BERLE FISK A/S on the map. Nico joined OCEANIC SEAFOODS 2 years ago to develop European Market. Same passion no smell.

With three years of hands‑on technical experience in the frozen seafood industry, Harry has developed strong skills in process optimization, document control, and regulatory compliance. He works closely with multidisciplinary teams to improve operational efficiency and uphold product standards from plant to customer.
